Hey guys!

Holy smokes...it's definitely been a minute...I think I've got to start by giving Tom Fulp a huge shoutout for helping me finally get logged back into my NG account!

I hope everyone is off to a great start to their new year...I just want to let you all know that I've definitely been thinking of you guys lately. If anyone has not been caught up on current events, I had made a community post on my Youtube page about a year ago, lending clarity and closure to my whereabouts over the past 9 years. In short, I had been spending a lot of time working in accounting and finance, but by the end of 2021, I was finally able to pay off my student load debt. This then allowed me to jump careers by summer of 2022 and I moved down to Austin, TX to become a pitmaster in BBQ. I've now been in this field for 2.5 years and still absolutely loving it!

9 years certainly flew by with lots of things accomplished and lessons learned in life. And I hope you have all experienced your own levels of fulfillment, success, and growth as well!

However, lately the urge to return to music has been tugging at me more than ever...

For those of you who have been waiting almost a decade at this point, I am endlessly grateful for your patience and support. I read your notes and comments quite frequently and they always give me spirts of hope and motivation that my involvement with music WILL continue.

I suppose I'm also fortunate to have teammates in BBQ as well as friends online who are also passionate musicians. Being around others who love creating music everyday is honestly contagious and inspirational, which ultimately makes me yearn to scratch that itch once again.

With 2025 ahead of us, I do have plans to finally purchase a new laptop to produce on in the near future. Something that is a little more future proof and will last at least the next decade. Once that step is complete, there's still the data transferring, repurchasing of the software, relearning, etc... to take care of. So I cant make any concrete promises of when a full return will happen just yet. But I do hope to at least lend reassurance that things are already starting to slowly move forward.

That said, please continue to take care of yourselves and enjoy life! ❤️

Hey everyone,

So I've kind of been on a hiatus from making music lately, especially after just graduating from college and trying to get the rest of my life started. However, I have not walked away from music production. There's still plently of unfinished projects chilling in my folders and I certainly aim to get them released and into your ears! 

In the meantime, I've also noticed that my exposure has increased significantly over the past few months due to the popularity of that game Geometry Dash, Open Hexagon, and a bunch of other indie video games. Honesty, it's a very humbling experience to gain so much support from all of you and I find it exciting to have my music featured in your games/videos. 

Due to the massive amounts of fan mail asking for permission to use my tracks, I just want to clarify that YES, you may absolutely use my music for your games and videos! Please just provide me with proper credit. 

Other than that, I just want to say thank you everyone for your encouragement and motivation. Without you, this hobby would be dead. But it's gratifying to know that my music brings joy to so many lives! Keep on jamming fam! Let's continue this journey together.

Hey guys,

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. I am a very picky and indecisive person when it comes to how I present my music to the public. So I've decided to officially change my alias one last time to Rukkus. (Ruckus - a disturbance or commotion). With all of the bass I've been blasting out of my speakers, I think it's a pretty fitting name. Sorry for all of the confusion, but I promise you that I am very content with this new name and will not be changing it again for the rest of my music-producing career. Let me know your thoughts on the new alias. And as always, more music on the way!

Well, seeing as the recording label isn't be very professional with responding back to me or hasn't even proposed an official contract yet, I'm thinking that it is probably best to turn down their offer and release my EP album for free...
In my opinion I believe it is better this way because making money wasn't really on my mind anyways. This has always just been a hobby to entertain you guys and give us something cool to share.
SOoo, I'm going to give it until New Year's Day to wait for the label to respond or let me know what the deal is, if its still on or off idk... If no response by then, all of my music will be released for free on Newgrounds, Soundcloud, and Purevolume (except in smaller parts on NG since I can only upload 2 songs a day).
Now...Let the countdown begin!

Hey guys. There's some good news and then there's some bad news. The good: I've recently just recieved an offer from a recording label that wants to sign me and has asked me to make a dubstep EP album under their label. This is pretty exciting and it's a great chance for me to get my name out there even further. On the negative side, idk if I'll be able to continue posting my music on Newgrounds for free anymore :/ We'll have to see...probably just previews or mini projects. Um aside from that, I'm very greatful to have been a part of such a phenominal community for the past four years. Like I mentioned earlier, all of your encouragement and support has lead me this far and I really appreciate what all of you guys have done for me. So thanks again. This is all I have to say for now. I'll continue to update you guys with furthur information as time goes on.

BUT, I actually have one song done already that could possibly go on the EP.
